"Randy Bangs is great at what he does with Inn consulting. The Lake Pointe Inn was on the verge of going bankrupt when I was recommended to call Randy.

We bought the Lake Pointe Inn in the fall of 2016. Sales had been in the mid 550’s with a good year being 570k. The first 12 month we owned the inn we did 580K. A new record! The second 12 month we did 485k the worst 12- Month span in the 20 plus history of the Lake Pointe Inn. The start of the third year we were down 150k in the first 5 months of the year. We were starting our summer season with bookings down in July by 150 room nights versus our slowest year ever. We were on the verge of total failure. We were running out of cash, my entire life savings. I had to go back to work and unretire. The situation was very bleak.

Randy took over our marketing on June 7th of 2019. Bookings immediately started taking off. We finished with a respectable July. In August we set an all time, 20 plus year sales record, for the Lake Pointe Inn. We did about 85K! The next 30 months were either a record for that month or an all-time record. (except for Covid Months).

2020 was the Covid year we were basically closed for 3 months that year but our sales for the year were around 725k!! blowing past the 580k record. 2021 brought a record $1,050,000.00. Our sales for 2022 are trending up about 20K or 2.5% above the 2021 record, with July of this year doing 125k being another all-time record.

I owe a lot to Randy. He saved my business and saved me from going bankrupt. He has helped me create the business of my dreams. On every check I wrote to Randy I put with the deepest gratitude on the check.

I was working check-ins last night and I was on the phone with Randy and we kept getting interrupted with guests coming and I told him it was his fault. "Owning and running a Bed & Breakfast was a dream we had for nearly ten years. We attempted to buy our current B&B in 2010 but weren't able to do it at that time. We put the dream in our back pockets with hopes we could make it happen in the future.

Randy helped us put together and implement a plan for success covering every detail of running the business. Anytime we had a situation come up that we weren't sure how to navigate, he would be there to guide us through. He helped us learn the ins and outs of our reservations system and helped us understand the importance of adjusting rates based on demand. This had a tremendously positive impact on our business and that positive impact is ongoing.

Randy met and surpassed our expectations as a Professional Consultant, and is still always available to us when we need some expert advice. "I first met Mr. Bangs in the summer of 2019 when we were in the third year of our B&B business. We were working very hard but not working very smartly.

We contracted with Randy for 12 months starting that September. Randy said he would increase our sales by 30% for that twelve month period . I was skeptical about his claim but was happy to pay him since a large part of his fee was based on achieving that goal, which he exceeded.
